Lack of housing and a rapidly rising population has created an urgent need for new sources of affordable UK housing. Housebuilders are falling short of government targets by around 100,000 properties a year.

 

Repurposing old buildings creates the opportunity to help tackle this housing crisis whilst lowering the carbon footprint compared to new builds.

Permitted development is a Government sanctioned planning shortcut that overrides local planning policies. It is the single biggest change to the planning regulation since World War Two. 

This enables us to have certainty that we can convert a building before we finalize the acquisition as we bypass the risk of planning.
